Australia

In the holidays we went to Australia to look at sheep. We also went there for a holiday. In Aussie we saw lots of interesting things. We saw lots of ants. We saw lots of sheep too. This is me on the plane.

What New

I went out with Andrew to the deer farm to drive the truck back in yesterday. Jarred and Dad were culling the studs and my pet was in there so I fed him some bred. he jumped up on me and grazed my hip. This is a photo of me:

Lambs

My Sheep Kate had two lambs I called them Jerry and Bell. They are very cute!! I am feeding them at the moment because my sheep has a prblem with her udder so I have to feed the myself.

My Horse

I went and got my horse the other day. Was going to ride him but it has been a bit cold for that. We had snow on the ground by our house yesterday. There has been lots of rain as well. At one stage one of our paddocks by the river was coverd in water!!!! The weather is still cold but the water has gone dow heaps... but the river is still high!!! I am hoping that the weather will clear soon and I can get on my horse and start jumping him again!!!! I was jumping last night about 45cm. Gerrad was giving me a few tips. Today

I have been Staying at a friends place. We went biking. I had to go to school today even tho I was crook.

Biking

I have been staying at a friends place. I brougth my bike. we rode them at school. I doubled with Simon on the handlebars. it has also been snowing.

It was a boaring school day today. No very interesting. We were going to skin the pigs we got on sunday but we never seemed to get round to. My brother has just come back from hunting with our dog. They got a rabbit. He has just cut its eye off. Not a very interesting day to day. My Friend was not at school today she was away getting her tonsill chopped out!!! Och. We painted pictures onto canvasses. Mine was a circle with shapes inside it. Better day to morrow hopfully.

Pig Hunting

On Sunday 26th of August,
My family and I went pig hunting.
We were looking for a bore that my mum had see when she had been for a run. We did not find the boar but got three piglets and a sow (a female pig). I carried a gilt (young female) back to the truck, it had half its head blown off so I got blood all though my hair. I washed it out. We are going to eat the pigs.

Books

Today I have been reading a book called Friend or foe, by Michael Mourpurgo. It is such a good book! I have nearly finished it and I started reading It to day.
